If you are a new Consultant that enrolls after April 30, you have 30 days from your enrollment date to register for Scentsy Family Reunion at the discounted $250 (USD)/$340 (CAD) rate. If you wait until after your first 30 days, you’ll pay the full $300 (USD)/$405 (CAD) fee.

Each Consultant can reserve one room. You may register up to three additional guests (for a total of four including yourself) per room by name when you place the reservation; additional charges may apply.
Hit a home run when you register to participate in this year’s 5K fun run and walk! Run, jog or walk your way to home plate with friends and family cheering you on.
Just like a Consultant’s business path, whether you’re new or a seasoned veteran, it’s important to set new goals, learn along the way, train your mind and your team, practice new skills and have as much fun as possible while working your way to success!
Each mile will be marked with an inspirational quote and a base representing first, second and third bases. When you slide into home plate, you’ve achieved a home run, knocking another goal out of the ballpark!
The course will be in English Landing Park along the Missouri River. The path is one continuous loop with an abundance of large trees to help shade your venture. Mister fans will help keep you cool as you complete the course.
On-site registration will not be available, so everyone who wants to participate in the 5K must register through the Workstation. Choose from three categories: run, jog or walk. All participants will be bused to the starting line and bused back after the race.
The cost is $35 (USD)/$50 (CAD) and includes a T-shirt and race bib to wear during the event. We are limited to 2,500 participants. Sign up for the 5K when you register on the Events tab of your Workstation. Reunion attendees and their paid guests are welcome to participate.

See and try on Scentsy bling, order it online and have it shipped directly to your house! Shop using in-store kiosks or through the Scentsy Family Reunion App, which will be available throughout Reunion. The Success Expo will showcase and train on NEW Store items and tools that will ALL be available in your Workstation at 20 PERCENT OFF!

Learn valuable tips from Consultant leaders and gain insight from home office team members in a fun and engaging setting. And, in a Scentsy first, outside vendors will be there to answer questions about the products and services they offer that can help your business!
We’re hitting it out of the ballpark with your most requested training topics! Consultant leaders and members of the home office team will facilitate training breakout sessions designed to help you get the most from your Scentsy business. Sessions will be 45 minutes each and provide what you need most based on where you are in your business. All breakouts will be at the Kansas City Convention Center.

Each Consultant may register one guest, who must be at least 16 years old at the time of the event and may be your spouse, domestic partner, legal business entity partner, integral part of your business or anyone interested in learning more about the Scentsy opportunity.

Since this is not our typical product kit, you better save space in that bag of yours to make sure your Scentsy treasures make it home. On-site shipping will not be available. Register in your Workstation by April 30, 2017. New Consultants who join Scentsy between May 1 and June 2 qualify for early-bird pricing when they register for Reunion in their first 30 days as a Consultant.
We will mail you a badge, ribbons and any award recognition information that applies to you before you leave for Reunion. Bring all materials and photo IDs of you and your guest (if applicable) to Reunion.
When you arrive at the Kansas City Convention Center, check in with the Scentsy team. We’ll provide everything you need to make the most of Reunion.
Directors and above, 2017 Scentsy Escapes Incentive Trip earners who selected Kansas City for their trip, as well as Consultants who earned Reunion registration through our Ascent Academy program may check-in from 1-6 p.m. Monday, July 17.
Check-in is from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Tuesday, July 18. Signs in the Kansas City Convention Center will direct you.
Late check-in is available at 7 a.m. Wednesday, July 19.
Yes, but only if capacity isn’t reached by the end of the registration period on June 2, 2017. Walk-in attendees must pay the full registration fee of $300 (USD)/$405 (CAD).
You and your registered guest (if applicable) may attend the baseball game Wednesday, July 19. You may purchase additional entertainment tickets for additional guests who are not registered for Reunion, but would like to attend the Royals game. Entertainment tickets also include access to Awards Night Thursday, July 20, where we will recognize ALL of our outstanding achievers! Entertainment tickets are $25 (USD)/$35 (CAD) per person.
Wear clothes you’re comfortable in, or get with your team for a look that makes it easy to connect on-site. Consultants are encouraged to break out the sequins and heels or summer dresses and wedges for our Awards Session Thursday evening; however, capris and flip flops are also welcome! Only nursing infants 12 months old or younger may attend with their mothers (a nursing room will be available on-site). Children 32 inches in height and under do not require a ticket to enter Kauffman Stadium for the Kansas City Royals baseball game; however, they must sit on the lap of an accompanying adult.
Please wear your badge at all times. Anyone without a badge will not be allowed to enter Scentsy Family Reunion events.
Grab-and-go breakfast, lunch and dinner concession options will be available for purchase from the Kansas City Convention Center, and there are several restaurants in the surrounding area. Check out a map of the area and plan accordingly.
Awards Night recognition is on Thursday, July 20. Standing recognition and marches will take place throughout Reunion. If you are receiving an award, you will be notified prior to Reunion so you know when you’ll be brought to stage. Consultants are encouraged to break out the sequins and heels or summer dresses and wedges for our Awards Session Thursday evening; however, capris and flip-flops are also welcome!
